Subscription & Cancellation Policy Last Updated: May 2026
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or other purchase option. This policy explains how these purchases work and how they can be changed or cancelled.
Subscriptions When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription frequency shown at checkout. Your payment method will be stored securely and charged automatically for each recurring subscription order unless your subscription is cancelled according to this policy.
Subscribe & Save Discount Solenne may offer a Subscribe & Save option that gives customers 15% off eligible subscription orders. This discount is provided because Subscribe & Save includes a minimum commitment of two successful subscription payments:
- Your initial subscription order placed at checkout; and
- Your next recurring subscription order, billed according to the subscription schedule shown at checkout.
By selecting Subscribe & Save and completing your purchase, you agree to this two-payment minimum commitment.
Minimum Subscription Commitment Subscriptions cannot be cancelled before the second successful subscription payment has been completed. After your second successful subscription payment, you may request cancellation at any time by contacting us at: support@solennex.com Please include the email address used for your order and your order number, if available.
Cancellation Requests Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. If your next subscription payment has already been processed before we receive your cancellation request, that order may still be fulfilled and shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, you will not be charged for future subscription orders.

Subscription Refunds Subscription orders are subject to our Refund Policy. If a subscription renewal order has already been processed or shipped before a cancellation request is received, it may not be eligible for cancellation before fulfillment. Refund requests will be reviewed according to our Refund Policy.
Pre-Orders If we offer a pre-order product, this means you are purchasing an item that is not yet available for immediate shipment. Payment may be collected at checkout, or we may collect a partial deposit and charge the remaining amount later, depending on the offer shown at checkout. You may request cancellation of a pre-order before it has been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a return or refund according to our Refund Policy.
Try Before You Buy We do not currently offer Try Before You Buy purchases unless clearly stated on the product page or at checkout. If Try Before You Buy is offered in the future, your payment method may be authorized before fulfillment. You will be given a stated trial period to decide whether to keep the item. If the item is not returned within the stated trial period, your payment method may be charged for the full amount according to the terms shown at checkout.
